At International Family Center, we follow the New Testament teaching on water baptism as an essential step in the life of every believer. Although baptism itself does not make you a Christian, it is an act of obedience, an outward expression of the transforming faith you have already placed in Christ.

When you decide to follow Jesus, a transformation begins in your heart. Baptism beautifully symbolizes that inner change and marks the first step of obedience in your walk with Him. It is a significant moment in which you make your faith public, declaring to the world that your life now belongs to Jesus.
