PASTORAL CARE
The Pastoral Care Team was created primarily to address the various needs within our church membership. Our responsibilities include:
- Identify our visitors
- Connecting visits with the various ministries of our Church
- Make phone calls to people we haven't seen for a long time.
- We attend funerals
- Visiting people in the Hospital and in their homes
- Praying for requests
- Attending to the Pastors of our Church
- Educating New Converts in the New Beginnings Class
We understand that we are the outstretched arms of our Shepherds and also, in turn, the outstretched arms of our Lord.
"Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of the Lord, which he hath purchased with his own blood." Acts 20:28
